Location: Leigh

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Build and lead a team of construction professionals, including subcontractors and suppliers, to execute projects effectively.
  • Oversee all subcontract packages throughout the build process.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety requirements.
  • Manage the design process from RIBA stage 3 to RIBA stage 6.
  • Maintain the highest standards of quality and safety, adhering to industry regulations and company standards.
  • Monitor project budgets, control costs, and identify cost‑saving opportunities without compromising quality.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, providing project updates and addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
  • Manage project schedules, ensuring that milestones are met and projects are completed on time.
  • Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment required for construction projects.
  • Review and negotiate contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
  • Ensure all construction activities comply with regulations and building codes.
  • Report directly to the Construction Director.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, with a strong background in residential high‑rise projects.
  • Knowledge of construction management software and tools.
  • Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
