Team Kids is the premium provider of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) throughout Australia. We exist to excite, engage and entertain children before school, after school and throughout school holidays.

This is a fixed term, 12-month maternity leave contract with the opportunity to extend. The full-time opportunity offers flexibility to work from home for your admin hours between service times. You'll be supported every step of the way by a Mentor and Regional Manager, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role.

Service Specific: Service runs out of a Hub

You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday: Before school care: 6.30am-8.45am;
After school care: 2.20pm-6pm;
Admin 8.42 hours;
Total hours: 38

As a Director of Service (commonly known as a Coordinator), you'll lead a team to create a safe, fun, and compliant program, plan engaging activities, supervise children, and build strong relationships with the school and community while managing your service.

• You're a natural leader with a passion for teaching children.

• Confident communicator with children, parents, team members, and school principals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
• Passionate about creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and love to have FUN!
• Relevant Diploma qualification (equivalent or working towards it) as per ACECQA standards.
