We offer unique opportunities to our children to support them to explore the outdoor adventures, giving opportunities to experience healthy early years through our daily cookery lessons and growing out own vegetables in our very own allotment. We have a love and passion for the environment in the setting and outdoors, embedding it as part if our ethos.

The Role As an Early Years Educator, you will:
Create engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with the EYFS Support each child’s learning, development, and well-being Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues Observe, assess, and plan next steps to help every child reach their full potential Be part of a reflective team that values ideas, creativity, and continuous improvement What We’re Looking For A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent) A genuine passion for early education and child development A caring, positive, and enthusiastic approach Strong teamwork and communication skills A commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice Why Work at Hedgehogs?
