About the Company

You will be working with a collaborative, multi-agency team known for high standards of practice and supportive management. The organisation prioritises safeguarding and well-being while fostering professional growth and effective care delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments, care planning, and reviews for children in care, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
  • Liaise with education, health, legal, and other professionals to coordinate services and safeguard children.
  • Maintain accurate case records and provide reports for court proceedings where required.
  • Support foster carers and residential staff, contributing to placement stability and service development.
About You
  • Social Work qualification with full registration with SWE.
  • Proven experience in child protection or looked-after children services.
  • Strong assessment, decision-making, and communication skills with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
