In this role, you’ll support experienced Group Leaders and help create fun, safe, and engaging after-school experiences for keiki—while building real-world skills you can use in school, future jobs, or college applications.
This position is ideal for high school students who enjoy working with children, want hands-on experience, and are ready to be part of a positive, supportive team.

As an After School Aide, you’ll work alongside a Group Leader to:
- Help set up and assist with games, activities, and projects
- Encourage and support keiki during program time
- Help maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive environment
- Assist with transitions, cleanup, and daily routines
- Be a reliable, helpful teammate each afternoon
You will never be left alone to supervise children—this role always works under the guidance of a Group Leader.
Schedule- Monday–Friday | After-school hours
- Typical shifts run 1:45 PM–5:30 PM
- Wednesdays (early release): 12:30 PM start
- No nights. No weekends. No take-home work.
