Required:
Level 4 Children, Young People & Families Practitioner (Level 5 progression supported)
📆 Experience in Years
Required:
Experience in residential children’s home working with emotional, behavioural or learning difficulties

Who we are looking for…
We are seeking a resilient, nurturing, and energetic Senior Residential Care Worker who:
- Can build positive, trusting relationships with children and young people
- Supports children to manage their emotions and behaviours therapeutically
- Assists with day-to-day running of the home
- Supervises staff and fosters a collaborative and safe environment
- Works effectively on a rota and completes sleep-ins as required
