What You Will DoUndertake comprehensive assessments of children and families in line with the Children Act 1989 and associated statutory guidance.
Manage a caseload including Child in Need, Child Protection, and Looked After Children cases.
Develop, implement, and regularly review care and support plans focused on achieving positive outcomes.
Carry out direct work with children and families to promote safety, stability, and wellbeing.
Prepare high‑quality reports for Child Protection Conferences, reviews, and court proceedings.
Attend and contribute to multi‑agency meetings, working collaboratively with partner organisations.
Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed case records in line with statutory requirements.
Engage in regular supervision, appraisal, and continuous professional development activities.
