- Write detailed court statements and develop comprehensive care plans.
- Attend and present evidence in court while representing the interests of children in legal proceedings.
- Prepare and manage Looked After Children (LAC) reports, ensuring all necessary information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Participate in and lead meetings to discuss and strategise child care planning.
- Engage in permanency planning for children, ensuring every decision is made in their best interests.
- Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary teams to provide holistic support for children and families.
- Handle complex cases with a keen ability to balance empathy and professionalism.
