PositionPurpose: Payroll Compliance Analyst
The Certified Payroll & Labor Compliance Coordinator is responsible for managing certified payroll and compliance documentation, assisting with project onboarding, and completing assigned certified payroll reporting. This role includes cross-training functions and maintaining audit-ready documentation for all assigned projects.
Core Responsibilities- Manage certified payroll and apply accurate prevailing wage and fringe requirements.
- Submit required documents and verify forms for all projects.
- Maintain documentation and perform monthly non-performance reporting.
- Assist with project intake and setup, including rate verification and folder creation.
- Oversee certified payroll submissions for mid- and high-complexity projects.
- Submit reports to LCPTracker, EMars, IDOL, and client-specific portals.
- Cross-train as backup for IRA reporting.
- Maintain organized, complete, and audit-ready files.
- Respond promptly to documentation requests from contractors and auditors.
- Maintain accuracy in all work.
- Submit all certified payroll and portal reports on time.
- Keep project folders organized and audit ready.
- Demonstrate accountability, reliability, and strong follow-through.
- Strong knowledge of certified payroll and prevailing wage rules.
- Understanding Davis-Bacon and IRA requirements.
- Fast learner with ability to adapt to new systems.
- Proficient in Excel, LCPTracker, and compliance portals.
- Highly organized with strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
