• Assess, design, and implement solutions to enhance the Workday platform’s effectiveness
• Conduct system evaluation and analysis for operational improvements within a supported vertical
• Collaborate with customers, peers, technical teams, and operations staff to address business challenges
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve reported system problems independently
• Identify, design, test, and deploy business operations processes and best practices

• Minimum of 4 years of Workday sustainment experience in system configuration or implementation
• At least 4 years of business operations experience within the relevant vertical area
• Bachelor’s degree required, or 5+ years of relevant experience in place of a degree
• Willingness to obtain Workday Pro certification within 12 months of hire
• Experience with EPIC to Workday integration and/or Accounting Center is considered an advantage

• Workday Pro certification or an Implementation certification from a Workday Partner
• Previous experience working with a Workday Implementation Partner and/or within Healthcare or University environments
• Experience in Cash & Banking, Customer Accounts, Business Assets, Budgets, FDM, Financial Accounting, and Grants
