About The Team:
We're building Dash Mart, a new type of convenience store offering household essentials, groceries and local restaurant favorites to our customers' doorsteps.

As a Manager on our Dash Mart Growth Strategy & Operations team, you will lead a team of 2 associates and own high-impact initiatives from end to end—including developing the initial strategy, executing with precision, and analyzing results to inform future decisions. You will own annual volume planning and forecasting processes, and deliver weekly performance reporting with clear insights and actionable recommendations.

You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in product, category management, and finance to identify and scale growth levers. You will work on initiatives that drive customer conversion through personalized shopper experiences, in-app merchandising, and occasions strategies. You will report into the Director of Dash Mart Growth Strategy & Operations within our New Verticals organization. This is a hybrid role, with a blend of in-office and remote work.

• Build. You’ll influence Door Dash’s next big business. Launch, improve daily, and scale something completely new, from high-level strategy to operational details.
• Strategize. Develop the optimal strategy to best serve customers from first principles.
• Experiment. Turn strategies into operational experiments with measurable outcomes, informing larger initiative plans.
• Analyze. Assess operational and financial impacts and iterate based on data.
• Lead and collaborate. Work with a cross-functional team and lead your own pod to build this new line of business.

• 1+ years of experience leading high-performing teams.
• 6-8+ years in tech, operations, strategy, consulting, banking, or related fields.
• BS/BA degree.
• Analytical with comfort pulling data in SQL or modeling in Excel.
• Ability to operate at both high-level and detailed levels; comfort with ambiguity and startup environments.

Base salary is market-dependent; ranges are provided as USD. Compensation includes opportunities for equity grants.
