Position: Meeting & Event Coordinator (Remote)

Responsibilities
  • Support the development and execution of meetings and events for Fortune 500 clients
  • Assist with proposal development, bid submissions, and client interactions
  • Act as a liaison between sales associates, vendors, and clients to manage expectations
  • Schedule and manage on-site travel staff for events
  • Travel to domestic or international locations to facilitate events and support Trip Directors
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or a related field
  • 1-4 years of operational management experience in the event planning or hospitality industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
  • Ability to travel extensively (50% of the time)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in banquet or event planning
  • Experience interfacing with clients or customers
  • Experience arranging meetings and events for clients or groups
