Overview
The City Manager’s Office is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the City Manager. This key role provides strategic support to the City Manager in overseeing city operations and initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional judgment, discretion, and the ability to navigate sensitive issues while delivering thoughtful analysis and clear communication. Anticipated starting salary may be up to mid-point depending on candidate’s experience and internal equity. The midpoint of the salary range is $89,939.20 annually.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Public or Business Administration, Political Science, or related field from an accredited educational institution.
- Five years' experience providing administrative support to executive level staff (Individuals with experience supporting assistant directors, directors, or higher-level leadership will also be considered).
- Any equivalent combination of education and/or job-related experience that meets the minimum qualifications may be substituted.
- Every person employed by the City of Scottsdale shall reside in the State of Arizona during his or her active employment by the City, regardless of whether the employee is approved to remote work.
