Overview

Employer Industry: Performance Marketing

Responsibilities
  • Lead the Sales Operations function for the Enterprise Sales segment, focusing on sales process, planning, and execution
  • Oversee sales analytics and compensation planning
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership on business planning, territory management, and pipeline forecasting
  • Support CRM implementation and best practices to enhance sales performance
  • Drive business process adoption and ensure teams effectively utilize the CRM management system
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or related fields
  • Bachelor’s/MBA degree or equivalent qualification in Accounting
  • Proven experience in defining go-to-market strategy for Enterprise Sales organizations
  • Strong ability to lead through ambiguity and manage compensation planning processes
  • Advanced technical skills in Excel, Salesforce, and data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with enterprise sales and business development
  • Familiarity with additional tools such as Outreach and Performio
  • Strong record of managing pipeline and forecast reporting
