• Conduct professional one to one conversations with people who are actively considering a new direction in their work or lives
• Introduce established leadership and professional development education programs
• Use digital platforms and communication tools to connect with interested audiences globally
• Participate in ongoing leadership education and professional development training
• Build professional relationships with people exploring personal or career expansion
• Work independently while operating within proven systems and structured processes

• Is self directed and comfortable managing their own time and priorities
• Communicates clearly and confidently in professional conversations
• Has experience in business, sales, marketing, healthcare, consulting, leadership, or other professional environments
• Values personal growth and lifelong learning
• Is open to developing skills in digital communication and modern marketing platforms
• Has at least five years of professional experience
