• MBA required (top‑tier program preferred)
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in consulting, private equity operations/value creation, or corporate strategy/operations
• Proven strength in structured problem solving and quantitative analysis
• Excellent executive communication skills
• Willingness to travel weekly (up to 80%) and work in client‑facing environments

• Experience in operational due diligence or value creation within private equity
• Familiarity with complex analytical frameworks and methodologies
• Ability to facilitate working sessions and present findings effectively
• Previous experience coaching or mentoring junior team members
• Strong track record of identifying follow‑on opportunities for clients
