Market Research Manager

Are you a data-savvy strategist with a knack for turning complex numbers into compelling stories? We are seeking a Market Research Manager to lead the end-to-end research lifecycle for our client, an independent market research and public opinion consulting firm. In this role, you won’t just be managing data; you’ll be the bridge between raw insights and client success.

From designing sophisticated questionnaires to managing project budgets and nurturing client relationships, you will ensure that every insight we deliver is accurate, timely, and impactful. This Might Be the Job for You If You Have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (Master’s degree is a definite asset).
• 2–3 years of hands-on market research experience; specific experience in Customer Experience (CX) research is a plus.
• MS Office Mastery:
  Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required.
• Data Tools:
  Basic knowledge of SPSS or other quantitative reporting tools.
• CXM Platforms:
  Prior experience with platforms like Qualtrics, Medallia, or InMoment is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Research Execution
  :
  Own the full process, including research design, questionnaire writing, field management, and the interpretation of results into final reports.
• Cross-Functional Liaison
  :
  Work closely with internal operations (data collection, processing, and reporting) to ensure seamless and cost-efficient delivery.
• Client Relationship Management
  :
  Serve as a primary point of contact, responding to queries and providing strategic updates to key clients.
• Project & Quality Oversight
  :
  Maintain project budgets and oversee quality assurance throughout the study lifecycle to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
