Remote Work-at-Home. MCI is a tech-enabled business services company delivering Customer Experience (CX), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), and Anything-as-a-Service (XaaS) cloud technology solutions across multiple industries. Our contact centers combine on-site and remote agents to enhance customer journeys, drive scalability, and reduce costs. We are seeking a visionary and results-oriented VP of Sales to lead our sales organization, develop strategic plans, build high-performing teams, and cultivate strong client relationships to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
As VP of Sales, you will shape the company’s future, expand market share, and position MCI as a leader in a dynamic industry.

Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company’s long-term goals and vision. - Team Management & Development:
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering accountability, innovation, and excellence. - Revenue Growth & Market Expansion:
Identify new market opportunities, optimize the sales pipeline, and drive top-line revenue growth across multiple verticals. - Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders, including C-suite executives, for long-term partnerships. - Sales Process Optimization:
Evaluate and refine sales processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and conversion rates. - Market Intelligence:
Monitor industry trends and competitive activities to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with marketing, operations, product, and finance teams to align sales initiatives with company-wide objectives. - Performance Metrics & Accountability:
Establish and monitor KPIs to track progress, ensure accountability, and drive continuous improvement. - Budget Oversight:
Manage sales budgets and allocate resources to maximize ROI and operational effectiveness. - Executive Representation:
Represent the sales organization at high-level meetings, conferences, and industry events to enhance brand visibility and influence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of progressive sales experience, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role
- Proven success in achieving and exceeding revenue targets in high-growth, competitive environments
- Experience managing large, geographically dispersed sales teams
- Expertise in selling complex, consultative solutions to enterprise clients
- Exceptional leadership, motivational, and strategic planning skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Deep understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
- Willingness to travel extensively for client engagement and team leadership
- Demonstrated ability to foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
