• Conduct research and analysis to support business operations and present findings to management
• Develop solutions through root-cause analysis of complex issues related to Broker/Dealer business
• Identify opportunities for workflow enhancements and determine best practices
• Make decisions while weighing business risks and customer service, documenting justification for exceptions
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to process legal orders and customer complaints

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience with MMLIS or 5+ years in financial services
• Series 7 & 24 licenses required at the time of application
• 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Candidates must reside within 50 miles of the employer's office and work a hybrid schedule

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 7+ years of experience in the financial services industry
• Highly collaborative team player with exceptional attention to detail
