Gas Billing Executive FTC

Overview

Join our close-knit Gas Operations team and play a vital role in ensuring our Gas customers are billed accurately and on time. This position offers the opportunity to learn about and develop knowledge of the UK energy industry while supporting the transition to Net Zero. You will be responsible for completing billing processes in line with KPIs and SLAs, supporting team goals, and building strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.

The role requires strong problem-solving skills to see queries through to resolution, as well as a proactive approach to developing technical knowledge across internal processes and the wider Gas industry.

Hybrid working typically means 2 days in the office location listed on this advert and 3 days working at home each week. Some occasional travel to our other offices may be required.
