• University degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in supply chain management (SCM)
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with strong influencing abilities
• Proven experience in negotiating large and complex commercial agreements
• Ability to monitor and manage supplier relationships and performance independently

• Postgraduate qualification or MBA
• Completion of a SCM-related professional certification, such as PMAC or ISM
