• Build and lead multi‑functional teams for strategic projects and initiatives.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and data‑driven insights to inform strategy.

• Perform financial and business planning, including business case development, ROI analysis, and alignment with growth KPIs.

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in business development and strategic marketing roles.
• Proven ability to translate insights into actionable growth strategies.
• Strong leadership and influencing skills across diverse and multi‑regional teams.
• Solid financial acumen and experience in building business cases.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Agile, adaptable, and comfortable navigating dynamic, fast‑paced environments.
• Preferred: experience in global market development, portfolio management, and strategic marketing roles such as Market Development Leader or Commercial Development Leader.
