• Support the Business Process leadership team by coordinating and tracking enterprise process initiatives
• Ensure strategic process priorities translate into action and measurable outcomes across functions
• Act as a liaison between leadership, process owners, functional teams, and external stakeholders
• Enable execution of process initiatives and monitor progress
• Balance multiple projects simultaneously with successful follow-through on deliverables

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload
• Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without sponsorship
• Experience with agency management systems, such as Applied Epic
• Demonstrated ability to successfully follow through on deliverables

• Experience in scheduling, organizing, and communicating across teams
