Initio Sphere is onboarding Capital Deal Sourcing Specialists to originate, qualify, and introduce investment opportunities to our investor and fund manager network.

This is not an employment role. Capital Deal Sourcing Specialists operate as independent contractors and are activated through a structured verification and approval process.

Once approved, Specialists:

• Identify and submit qualified proprietary or off-market transactions
• Introduce vetted opportunities to capital allocators and sponsors
• Facilitate early-stage relationship alignment between deal principals and investors
• Earn performance-based compensation on successfully closed transactions
• Build a verified deal origination track record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem

This role is designed for professionals who consistently sit close to actionable deal flow and want to monetize their network without raising a fund or underwriting transactions personally.

Approved Capital Deal Sourcing Specialists may:

• Source proprietary or semi-proprietary investment opportunities
• Submit deals aligned with defined investment mandates
• Provide structured deal summaries (asset profile, structure, size, economics, thesis)
• Coordinate initial introductions between deal sponsors and capital partners
• Support early-stage qualification and information flow
• Assist with transaction momentum through organized communication

Capital Deal Sourcing Specialists are not responsible for
:

• Financial underwriting or modeling
• Preparing investment memoranda
• Raising capital or soliciting securities
• Providing investment advice

Analytical review and underwriting support are handled by certified analysts within the Initio Sphere network.

Based on experience and approval level, Specialists may submit opportunities across:

• Private equity and growth equity transactions
• Operating businesses and lower-middle-market acquisitions
• Structured, distressed, or opportunistic investments
• Special situations and recapitalizations

Deal category approvals are determined by demonstrated sourcing credibility and domain experience.

Compensation is strictly success-based

Typical earnings range from $1,000 to $10,000+ per closed transaction

Larger transactions may generate higher performance-based payouts
