• Assign accurate HTS classifications using relevant guidelines and administrative rulings
• Validate PGA implications and admissibility requirements for imports
• Conduct screening for alone AD/CVD exposure using appropriate sources
• Perform structured research on tariff updates, regulatory changes, and trade actions
• Review product information to ensure accuracy in classification

• Strong understanding of HTSUS and Canada HS structure, including relevant notes and rulings
• Skilled at identifying product nuances affecting classification and admissibility
• Familiarity with PGA requirements and ability to identify agency-specific risks
• Capability to conduct structured tariff and regulatory research
• High attention to detail when reviewing product descriptions and specifications

• Experience in trade compliance or a related field
• Knowledge of e-commerce regulations and best practices
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
