Overview

- Serve as Epic Owner, orchestrating cross-functional teams through the full delivery lifecycle
- Collaborate with architecture, operations, compliance, and data teams to ensure robust integration and data flows
- Facilitate stakeholder collaboration to prioritize and deliver on high-value product features
- Act as a key decision-maker in agile portfolio events, ensuring optimal sequencing and resourcing
- Minimum 5 years of senior product and/or project management experience within large, matrixed organizations
- Minimum 5 years of experience with large-scale claims platforms, specifically Medicare/Medicaid claims
- Advanced expertise in agile methodologies, including SAFe
- Strong working knowledge of enterprise agile planning tools such as Jira Align
- Proven leadership in cross-functional environments with outstanding communication skills
- Undergraduate degree
- Experience in healthcare or managed care settings
- SAFe Agile certification
