• Serve as the primary contact for fleet policy administration and vehicle suppliers
• Monitor market activities and maintain professional relationships with key suppliers
• Coordinate vehicle inspections, licensing, insurance, and maintenance schedules
• Develop and maintain performance reporting and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Administer the company's Fleet Safety program and monitor compliance of drivers

• High School diploma is required;
  Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in Corporate or Government Fleet Administration
• Strong knowledge of financial terms relating to Fleet Services leases and purchases
• Excellent organizational, administrative, and time management skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• CAFM certification is preferred
• Knowledge of insurance practices, risk management, and collision repairs
• DOT experience is a plus
• Analytical skills for developing and presenting financial analyses
