• Review and process billing-related transactions, ensuring adherence to established guidelines
• Support subscription validation, invoice generation, and daily billing execution for assigned portfolios
• Manage billing case queues, responding to inquiries and escalations in a timely manner
• Conduct billing reconciliations and oversee the quality of billing data inputs and outputs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure policy-aligned billing outcomes and participate in process improvements

• Experience in a high-volume billing environment, preferably with subscription-based billing processes
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in transactional and reconciliation tasks
• Proficiency in complex systems, including Zuora Billing and Salesforce CRM
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote, asynchronous setting
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for internal collaboration and billing inquiries

• Experience with documentation, training, testing, or process improvement initiatives
• Familiarity with Slack as a communication tool
