• Collaborate with Sourcing Pursuit Leads to develop innovative third-party solutions and competitive pricing strategies
• Execute advanced sourcing projects during client transition phases, ensuring seamless operational delivery
• Conduct detailed market intelligence gathering to inform sourcing strategies and competitive positioning
• Manage Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Information (RFI), and Request for Quotation (RFQ) processes
• Collect and analyze complex data sets to support sourcing decisions and strategic recommendations

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university
• 3+ years of strategic sourcing or related experience
• Proven ability to manage complex project timelines and coordinate critical deliverables
• Experience developing comprehensive contract frameworks with strong attention to detail
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills (oral and written)

• Project management and business transitions experience
• Market knowledge and ability to deliver high-quality results across multiple concurrent priorities
