Mixed Valuation Surveyor - Remote working - AI reporting​/forwarding thinking

Overview

Mixed sector (commercial / residential) valuation surveyor – Manchester – AI reporting / forward thinking – remote working. Basic salary up to approx. £75,000 plus car allowance; bonus and 32% over agreed net fee income target. Initial interviews, conducted over the phone, will be treated in confidence and provide an opportunity to explore the potential role and ask questions.

• Perform high-quality property valuations across mixed sectors (commercial and residential).
• Utilise in-house AI reporting tools and forward-thinking valuation methods.
• Manage remote work effectively with strong time and task management.

• Minimum of 2 years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
• MRICS/FRICS qualification and registered valuer status.
• Proven track record of handling high-volume and high-value property valuations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely, managing time and tasks effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to engage in social activities and networking events.
