As a Product Assistant, you will play a key role in shaping product ranges that help deliver Kingfisher’s purpose:
Better Homes, Better Lives, For Everyone
. You will support the development of customer‑driven, accessible home improvement products across multiple markets. Working closely with your Product Lead and teams across Europe, you will help create solutions that make home improvement easier for millions of people.
- Support the design and development of new and unique Kingfisher product ranges.
- Coordinate, collect and centralise category data and actions within agreed deadlines.
- Own key steps in the product setup process and liaise with internal stakeholders.
- Provide quick, practical solutions to improve category efficiency and implementation.
- Act as a key contact for the category, supporting communication across the matrix team and operating companies.
- Support regular performance reporting through collecting, formatting and analysing sales data.
- Research and analyse customer trends and data to shape future ranges and improve category organisation.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage shifting priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook and internet‑based tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in retail
- Be open to flexible working arrangements and collaborative environments.
