Junior Product Manager - Hybrid in Richardson, Texas
Optomi, in partnership with a leading company in the valuations business, is looking for a Product Manager to join their team in Richardson, TX. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, with a preference for candidates in the Dallas area.
Position SummaryThe Product Manager will play a key role in developing a new platform for valuation professionals, replacing a legacy application. The role involves working directly with users and stakeholders, focusing on user outcomes and adoption, and contributing to the 2026 roadmap that leverages AI for workflow enhancements. The ideal candidate will be deeply involved in user group sessions, translating feedback into actionable user stories.

- Engaging directly with users and stakeholders to gather and interpret needs
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful AI capabilities
- Being part of a dynamic product team focused on innovation and user satisfaction
- 1-3 years of experience as a product manager
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for data-driven decision-making
- Experience with Agile methodologies and ceremonies
- Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops and Power BI is a plus
- AI/ML experience
- Conduct user research and testing to identify and interpret needs and pain points
- Use data systematically to uncover opportunities and track product performance
- Collaborate across disciplines to balance business and customer needs
- Lead Agile ceremonies and maintain the product backlog
- Deliver measurable, incremental value to users and the business
