Team Lead, Mobile Mortgage Specialists

Permanent Full Time position open to any location in Canada (except Quebec), with a preference for Calgary or Edmonton. Ability to work from home office. Annual salary: very competitive commission‑based compensation program (details shared during interview). Closes March 15.

This fully remote role reports to the SVP, Consumer and Business Banking, and provides an exciting opportunity to significantly impact our membership through Mortgage Advice and to lead a team of entrepreneurial mortgage professionals. • Post‑secondary education in Commerce, Business or related discipline preferred but not required.
• 3‑5 years of relevant experience with demonstrated results in lending and underwriting; strong understanding of mortgage environment and process.
• Entrepreneurial spirit suited for fast‑paced, results‑based environment, requiring flexibility to ever‑changing needs.
• A highly motivated individual who is a self‑starter with exceptional quality sales skills.
