• Bachelor's degree in finance, marketing, business, or a related field
• 8+ years of related work experience with 5+ years in the personal lines P&C insurance industry
• Prior experience in state product management or related analytical roles
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence
• Thorough knowledge of the P&C insurance industry, products, and competitive landscape

• Advanced degree, CPCU designation, or actuarial designations
• Demonstrated ability to actively shape company culture and support employee resource groups
• Proven track record of coaching and mentoring junior team members
• High‑level knowledge of change management concepts and practices
• Experience in building relationships and contributing to team dynamics
