Empire Today is looking for a Merchandise Coordinator to join our Merchandise team. The Merchandise Coordinator plays a vital role in overseeing client-approved restoration projects and installations with a focus on project management and account relationship management.

$60,000 - $65,000 annually plus bonus.

• Partner daily with cross-functional team members and the sales team to support product questions and resolve customer issues.
• Co-lead the Product Line Review (PLR) activities from start to finish by partnering with all relevant cross-functional team members to ensure smooth product onboarding and product transitions.
• Support an assigned Merchant/Product group with daily operational needs and financial tracking.
• Manage vendor relationships end-to-end for product onboarding, marketing needs, and product availability.
• Own and maintain SKU and product data integrity.
• Assist with reporting inventory, sales performance, and product flow issues.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, supply chain, or related field or equivalent hands‑on experience in merchandising, buying, vendor management, or operations.
• Comfortable with Excel and working with large data sets.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Strong ability to communicate confidently with cross‑functional partners, all levels of management, and vendor partners.
