The Receptionist, works under the direction of Reception Leadership and serves as both the face and voice of the company. This role delivers exceptional customer service while supporting a variety of administrative tasks within the Reception Department. The Receptionist ensures that all internal and external guests receive a professional, welcoming, and consistent experience that reflects the company’s values.

Duties & Responsibilities
*** Provide outstanding customer service by professionally and courteously managing all inbound inquiries—including phone calls, voicemail, emails, and in‐person requests.
* Offer general company information and serve as a liaison for associates, customers, and external stakeholders.
* Ensure all customers, vendors, and employees experience a professional and courteous interaction as the company’s first point of contact.
* Prepare and maintain the reception work environment, including turning on lights, light cleaning, seasonal or holiday decorating, and other tasks that support a positive departmental environment.
* Assist with the creation and maintenance of recruitment manuals and company mailings.
* Coordinate staff birthday functions: sending reminders to representatives, circulating birthday cards for signatures, and preparing cards for financial professionals for leadership personalization.
* Maintain and continue expanding working knowledge of company operations and product lines to effectively address and route inbound customer service inquiries.

** What We Are Looking For
*** Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and courteously.
* Clear and effective written and verbal communication.
* Strong organizational and time‐management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
* Proficiency with email, internet applications, and other software systems
* Typing speed of 30–40 words per minute.
* Ability to apply common‐sense understanding to carry out instructions provided in written, oral, or diagram form.
* Ability to self‐motivate and work independently.

Hourly Rate: $18.93
