As a growing agency, we are seeking motivated individuals with a growth mindset and drive for success. In the role of the Business Operations Intern, you will support the VP of Operations with the day‑to‑day responsibilities of operating a startup agency, including financial reporting, process evaluation, philanthropic endeavors, and project management. Applicants must be detail‑oriented, articulate communicators, adaptive to client needs, and exhibit a proactive mindset.
- Serve as the primary assistant to the VP of Operations in daily operations.
- Maintain records of new athlete clients and deals, including onboarding materials, asset management, timelines, and reporting.
- Assist with the execution of yearly philanthropic efforts on behalf of the agency and clients.
- Coordinate the intern recruitment process and develop onboarding materials for new employees and interns.
- Oversee internal project management tools and assist the internal team with active project tracking.
- Perform monthly accounting responsibilities on behalf of the agency such as data entry, forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Manage the contract review process alongside the legal team for all new partnerships.
- Assist in building company culture through weekly calls, social hours, and team events.
- Support the PR team with weekly and monthly operational tasks to ensure efficient workflow execution.

- Program skills: advanced knowledge of G Suite, Microsoft Office, Square Space, Mail Chimp, Canva, and social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, Tik Tok, Threads, Monday, etc. preferred.
- Proficient in both verbal and written communication.
- Proven ability to manage time, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks.
- Maintain standards and professionalism with colleagues, clients, and partners during fluctuating workloads.
- Contagious passion for sports, brand, and athlete marketing.
- Willingness to assume an advanced role and be a direct representative of a fast‑growing agency at a client‑facing level.
- Uphold team standards by supporting colleagues in meeting their service/quality levels and targets.
- Develop effective working relationships with other team members and external partners.
- Foster and sustain new relationships on behalf of the agency.
- Oversee daily tasks to ensure business needs are consistently met.

- Monthly social hours with the team (in‑person or virtual, depending on location).
- Opportunities may arise to attend athlete events, in‑person meetings, production and/or media days on a case‑by‑case basis.
- Must be currently enrolled in a college or university (all concentrations will be considered).
- 1-2 years of related experience and/or training preferred.
