As a growing agency, we are seeking motivated individuals with a growth mindset and drive for success. In the role of the Business Operations Intern, you will support the VP of Operations with the day‑to‑day responsibilities of operating a startup agency, including financial reporting, process evaluation, philanthropic endeavors, and project management. Applicants must be detail‑oriented, articulate communicators, adaptive to client needs, and exhibit a proactive mindset.

  • Serve as the primary assistant to the VP of Operations in daily operations.
  • Maintain records of new athlete clients and deals, including onboarding materials, asset management, timelines, and reporting.
  • Assist with the execution of yearly philanthropic efforts on behalf of the agency and clients.
  • Coordinate the intern recruitment process and develop onboarding materials for new employees and interns.
  • Oversee internal project management tools and assist the internal team with active project tracking.
  • Perform monthly accounting responsibilities on behalf of the agency such as data entry, forecasting, and pipeline management.
  • Manage the contract review process alongside the legal team for all new partnerships.
  • Assist in building company culture through weekly calls, social hours, and team events.
  • Support the PR team with weekly and monthly operational tasks to ensure efficient workflow execution.

Education and Qualifications
