• Salary up to $180,000 annually

• Define and develop AI-driven consulting services that complement core engineering and environmental offerings
• Identify client needs and market opportunities for AI-enhanced consulting and craft value propositions
• Develop marketing materials and case studies to position the employer as an innovative partner in the industry
• Engage with clients to design high-level solution approaches that meet their specific needs
• Collaborate with technical teams to implement AI solutions and translate client requirements into actionable tasks

• 10+ years of experience in consulting or professional services, particularly in business development or service line leadership
• Proven track record of expanding services and driving revenue growth
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience engaging client executives
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and motivate diverse groups
• Must hold a current, valid driver’s license and have an acceptable driving record

• Graduate degree, such as an MBA or a master’s degree in a relevant technical field
• Experience in the environmental, engineering, or industrial sectors
• Previous success in launching or growing a consulting practice or service line
• Recognized involvement in industry forums or professional networks related to technology and consulting
• Demonstrated ability to drive change within an organization
