Develop and execute comprehensive Business Development strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Expand the company’s portfolio beyond exhibition-focused projects into corporate events, brand activations, and experiential marketing initiatives.
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across corporate, brand, and marketing divisions.
Drive new client acquisition and consistently deliver new projects to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Lead, coach, and manage the Business Development team to ensure optimal performance and target achievement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including Marketing, Brand, Procurement, and Corporate Communications stakeholders.
Oversee the full sales cycle, including prospecting, client meetings, pitching, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
Collaborate closely with Account, Creative, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure seamless project execution and high client satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify strategic growth opportunities.
Prepare and present regular sales reports, pipeline analyses, and revenue forecasts for management review.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Business Development, including at least 5 years in a managerial role. Experience with in an Event Organizer, Creative Agency, Advertising Agency, or Activation Agency is preferred.
Preferably under 45 years of age.
Strong and extensive network within corporate, brand, and marketing divisions is highly advantageous.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving substantial business growth.
Demonstrated ability to independently generate leads and secure new projects.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and a results-oriented mindset.
Able to perform effectively under pressure in a target-driven environment.
