• Coordinate and track enterprise process initiatives to ensure strategic priorities are executed effectively
• Act as a liaison between leadership, process owners, functional teams, and external stakeholders
• Enable visible progress and measurable outcomes across various functions
• Support the Business Process leadership team in achieving operational goals
• Balance multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring successful follow-through on deliverables

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without sponsorship
• Experience with agency management systems such as Applied Epic
• Proven ability to communicate effectively across teams

• Experience in scheduling, organizing, and facilitating communication across different teams
