Business Process Specialist - Annuity and Settlement New Business, Remote

• Act as the key point of contact for various departmental initiatives
• Lead medium to large initiatives to define business needs and implement appropriate solutions
• Develop and maintain end-to-end process knowledge and support change management activities
• Coordinate completion of regulatory, tax, compliance, and audit reviews
• Provide mentorship and work direction to Associate Business Process Experts

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3+ years of relevant experience in service processing and/or operations environment
• Proven critical thinking and analysis skills with the ability to work independently
• Experience in improving and/or creating business processes
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to build relationships across different audiences

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills for various levels within the organization
• Comprehensive knowledge of service processing and operations laws and regulations
• Familiarity with Continuous Improvement and change management methodologies (i.e., DMAIC and ADKAR)
• Experience with multiple project management methodologies (i.e., agile, waterfall)
