• Conduct cost/benefit analysis and validate benefits of solution implementations.

• Work independently while determining objectives and approaches.

• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis, preferably in healthcare.
• Proficiency in ad-hoc query tools and data manipulation techniques.
• Experience with process documentation and re-engineering.
• Familiarity with Systems Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Passionate about enhancing consumer experiences.
• Experience with Athena One EMR software.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
