Our client, a leading organization in the technology and procurement sector, is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Specialist - Onsite: to join their team. As a Supply Chain Operations Specialist, you will be part of the Supply Chain Management supporting procurement and operations teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Supply Chain Operations Specialist - Onsite: WA

Location: Redmond, WA

Pay Range: $26 $ 28/Hour on W2 (NO - C2C)

What's the Job?
  • Assist the Hardware Procurement team in processing over 25,000 purchase orders annually with accuracy and timeliness.

  • Identify and implement cycle time reduction strategies for procurement and pricing requests.

  • Collaborate with finance teams to streamline approval cycles and improve efficiency.

  • Manage and validate pricing data, ensuring accurate and consistent purchase order creation.

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure on-time delivery of procurement requests.

What's Needed?
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in operations, procurement, or supply chain management.

  • Bachelor’s degree in operations, Procurement, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Proficiency in SAP/Oracle financial tools and experience with pricing contracts and purchase orders.

  • Experience working with supply chain hardware or networking hardware is a plus.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
