Role Summary

As a Branch Office Administrator, you will be a vital part of our team, providing seamless support to our clients and ensuring a positive client experience. You will work closely with financial advisors to manage client accounts, facilitate communication, and help the team achieve its business goals.

  • Play an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in strategy development for the upcoming year

Compensation
  • Competitive human‑centered approach with bonus opportunities based on branch and firm profitability and individual performance
  • Hiring minimum: $21.38
    Hiring maximum: $23.14

Role Requirements
  • Client Service: Provide exceptional service via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions; resolve issues and maintain strong relationships.
  • Account Management: Learn and understand the financial services industry; handle account opening, transfers, and other requests; process transactions and keep accurate records.
  • Administrative & Operational Support: Work independently; schedule appointments, prepare meeting materials, manage correspondence, support marketing initiatives, streamline processes, and execute on the branch business plan.
  • Technology: Strong computer literacy; willingness to learn new technology such as Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and firm‑provided software.
