Role Summary

As a Branch Office Administrator, you’ll be a vital part of our team, providing seamless support to our clients. You’ll play a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience. Training & Support
  • Comprehensive 6‑month training including an experienced peer to help mentor you

  • Delivering exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed
  • Taking an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year

Compensation

  • We share success through discretionary and variable compensation programs, including bonus opportunities based on branch and firm profitability and individual performance
  • Hiring Minimum: $26.10
  • Hiring Maximum: $31.58
  • There is also an opportunity for merit‑based salary increases as you progress in the BOA role

Role Requirements
  • Client Service:
    Provide exceptional service via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions; respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience; develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members.
  • Account Management:
    Learn and understand the financial services industry; handle account opening, account transfers and other requests; process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records.
  • Administrative & Operational Support:
    Work independently at the direction of the financial advisor; schedule appointments, prepare materials for client meetings, manage correspondence, and support marketing initiatives; streamline processes, update SOPs, and execute the branch business…
