• Serve as a product leader across the Ads organization, driving and accelerating feature releases with a hands‑on, execution‑focused approach.
• Create and maintain product roadmaps, feature backlogs, and product documentation including PRDs, user stories, use cases, user flows, logic flows, and functional specifications.
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and user stories using tools like JIRA and Productboard.
• Anticipate bottlenecks, manage escalations, make tradeoffs, and balance business needs against technical and resource constraints.
• Conduct ongoing competitive analysis to continuously identify opportunities to improve user experience and differentiate our offerings in the ad tech space.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and differentiation.
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure high‑quality execution and iteration.
• Partner with the Operations team to productize back‑end tools for delivery, analytics, and insights.
• Work with data teams to productize ROI‑positive targeting techniques and bring data‑driven features to market.

• 10+ years of product management experience within ad tech, gaming, and/or rewarded advertising.
• 3–4 years of leadership or people management experience.
• Proven track record of bringing new ad products to market and owning the full product lifecycle.
• Deep understanding of the ad tech ecosystem, rewarded advertising, and the needs of both advertisers and publishers.
• Experience with conversion optimization, audience development, A/B testing, and targeting algorithms.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Productboard, and other product lifecycle management tools.
• Strong analytical mindset; comfortable with data platforms, experimentation, and KPI ownership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present clearly to both technical and business audiences.
• Strong knowledge of key players, competing companies, and complementary technology partners.
