Partner Manager – Non-Integrated Referrals
What We NeedCorpay is currently looking to hire a Partner Manager – Non-Integrated Referrals within our Partner Sales division. This position falls under our Corporate Payables line of business and is located a remote role. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, developing, and growing referral-based partnerships that generate qualified opportunities without technical integrations, owning the full lifecycle of referral partnerships from prospecting through revenue growth.
You will report directly to VP Relationship Management and regularly collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Finance teams.
As a Partner Manager – Non-Integrated Referrals, Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Identifying, recruiting, and onboarding high‑potential non‑integrated referral partners
- Developing and executing strategic plans for expanding referral channels within target industries and verticals
- Building tailored value propositions for various partner segments
- Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned referral partners
- Educating partners on products, value propositions, ideal customer profiles, and referral processes
- Providing sales enablement tools, training, and ongoing communication to driving engagement
- Conducting regular business reviews to assessing performance and identifying growth opportunities
- Driving consistent, qualified referral pipeline aligned with revenue targets
- Monitoring referral flow, conversion rates, and partner performance metrics
- Collaborating with Sales teams to ensuring smooth handoff and effective follow‑up on referred opportunities
- Implementing initiatives to increasing partner activation, productivity, and retention
- Partnering cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Finance to streamlining referral agreements and compensation processes
- Providing partner feedback to influencing product positioning, messaging, and go‑to‑market strategies
- Tracking KPIs including referral volume, conversion rates, revenue contribution, and partner engagement
- Maintaining accurate records in CRM and partnership tracking systems
- Report on pipeline performance and forecasting revenue contribution to leadership
- 5+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, channel sales, or referral programs
- Proven track record of driving revenue through indirect channels or referral partnerships
- Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills
- Experience managing pipeline and performance metrics in a CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
- Ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience in financial services, payments, fintech, or B2B solutions
- Familiarity with referral compensation structures and partner agreements
- Experience building a referral program from the ground up
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred
- Demonstrating strategic thinking and strong commercial acumen
- Communicating effectively with strong presentation skills
- Operating as a self‑starter with strong organizational skills
- Influencing without direct authority
- Maintaining a results‑oriented, growth mindset
