• Support program execution by partnering with Senior Program Managers to track milestones and identify risks
• Analyze and report outcomes by defining KPIs and delivering insights through dashboards
• Coordinate cross-functional work by organizing meetings and communications across various teams
• Document and improve processes by maintaining up-to-date documentation and optimizing workflows
• Drive adoption and change management efforts, including building communication plans and enablement resources

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• 3–5 years in project management, program management, sales operations, or business analysis
• Experience with cross-functional program work and stakeholder communication
• Proficiency in analytical skills with tools like Excel/Sheets and basic data tools
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through

• Familiarity with GTM systems such as Salesforce, Net Suite, or Gong
• Experience in supporting change management or enablement efforts
• Certification or coursework in Agile, PMP, or similar methodologies
• Experience using AI-powered tools to enhance productivity and streamline program tasks
