This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Bethesda, MD, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Specialist will manage sales initiatives, develop and execute marketing strategies, conduct market research, and build client relationships for our Architectural Preservation Division.
Daily responsibilities include promoting services to potential clients, managing digital marketing campaigns, creating presentations and proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business development goals. Attending industry association events to market the division and visit prosective properties weekly to expand our client base
The role also requires monitoring market trends to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications- Sales and Business Development:
Proven ability to create and manage client relationships, drive sales initiatives, and achieve revenue goals. - Marketing Strategy and Execution:
Expertise in developing strategic marketing plans, managing digital marketing campaigns, and analyzing market trends. - Communication and Presentation:
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling presentations and proposals. - Organizational and Analytical
Skills:
Demonstrated capability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and analyze data for informed decision-making. - Proficiency with relevant marketing tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- Experience in facilities management, architectural preservation, or a related industry is a plus.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset with a strong emphasis on collaboration and problem-solving.
