Senior Product Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy, vision, and execution across their diverse portfolio of customer-facing and internal products.

This is a pivotal opportunity to shape the future of the technology business whilst supporting the Chief Product Officer in driving excellence across multiple product lines. You will own the complete product lifecycle from discovery and market research through roadmap creation, launch, and continuous optimisation.

You'll balance user needs with commercial objectives and technical constraints, defining clear success metrics and leveraging data-driven insights to fuel ongoing improvement.

You'll join an established, profitable business with a heritage spanning many years, based in a vibrant Central London office in Soho. As they venture into the fintech space with new product lines designed to become an early-stage banking facility for entrepreneurs and growing businesses, you'll help to shape the future of a sector ripe for disruption. This role offers the chance to build something genuinely transformative from the ground up alongside a talented team.

• Lead cross-functional teams with clarity and vision, articulating product priorities and outcomes to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Champion the customer voice, ensuring user pain points and behaviours inform every product decision.
• Drive scalable solutions that deliver operational excellence and sustainable growth.

• You bring extensive hands‑on product management experience with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset. Ideally you will have experience with in fintech/ finance project.
• You're passionate about creating intuitive, high-impact products that solve real problems. You thrive in dynamic, collaborative environments, working seamlessly with engineering, design, and operations teams. Experience with in accountancy, financial services, subscription-based web offerings, or SaaS industry is highly valued.

Permanent role based in our Soho office, London. 4 days per week onsite is the minimum with 1 day remote working. Competitive salary and benefits package. Quick hiring process for the right candidate. Ideally they are looking to pay £90K plus benefits.
